What is the cheapest seat at PNC? At GABP here, there are a limited edition of "view level sets" available for most games for $5, followed by bleacher seats at $7.

The Pirates have a winning record at home this year. A Tuesday night and Santana coming to town? I would be there in a heartbeat if I lived in Pitt.

Just had a thought . . . is there a Stanley Cup game tonight in Pittsburgh? Didn't think of that when I wrote my first post.

Yes there is. Pens are losing 2-1 with about 4 minutes left in the 1st.

Even as a huge hockey fan I have to say, I actually doubt that has much to do with it considering the Pirates attendance is currently sitting dead last in the league on the season ...

This is the first time Santana has been on the hook for a lose, while giving up 2 runs or more. We are the first time to really attack Santana. It seems to be a trend. I wouldn't be suprised to see the Pirates be the first team to really get to Zach Grienke this season either.

Big inning here for Grabow. Have to get that first out. Absolute must to set the right tone.

Great hustle by Nate. Sets up a great chance to score an additional insurance run. Beautiful!

Awful at-bat by Adam. Gotta get that guy in from third, especially on a 1-0 pitch.

Jaramillo lucky to have ankles in tact.

Should be an automatic out if player encounters bats left on the on-deck circle by opposing team.

Capper with a 10-pitch save. Love it.

Great win. Great f__ing win. If that isn't a shot in the 'ol confidence arm, I don't know what could be. Tomorrow: Ohlendorf v. Pelfry. After a disappointing 1-2 series v. the Astros, this is a pleasant surprise.
