On a right shift to boot. How does that ball get to the wall?

Alright. Coming through in the clutch. 3 runs leads. Thats what we need. Gorzo comes to bat.

Good thinking.

But he was doing so well in his role as a closer in Indianapolis . . .

Wow many extra inning games have we played this year?
Is this only our second?

Are you saying Gorzelanny was over worked when he was ready in the pen, we had a 5-4 lead and it was obvious to everyone that Burnett should've been lifted?

What has he done this year during the season this year? That K to Harris justifies that I was right.

By your logic, using what occurs in the past over normal logic, something you and John Russell clearly both don't do, the Pirates should be starting Chris Duffy over McLouth.

Did Capps get hit by a truck on his way to the park today? Gorzo coming back out, with Veal warming...

He isn't able to pitch today. He pitched 3 straight days because he was brought in, in a non-save situation the other day.

Yeah, because Duffy clearly outperformed McClouth last year.

First batter in the bottom of the 10th almost hit it to the warning track. Just like how the bottom of the 9th started . . . Get Gorzo out of there now . . . he clearly doesn't have it.

Gorzo brought his A-game tonight, not his Triple-A game.

So far the only logic you've presented is "Russell is wrong". I've yet to see you explain how you knew Gorzo would have success tonight.

Hey a win is a win is a win. All I'm saying is if we had a good manager, it would've been 5-4.

I'm smarter than John Russell. But then again, so is the kid that played Corky Thatcher on Life Goes On. Nothing to brag about.

Well the announcers answered this one for me.
It was only our 2nd extra inning game. We are now 1-1 in extra innings.

Nice game for the "Salary Dump Kids": Andy Laroche: 2 run homer, Brandon Moss 2 for 5 with 3 RBI, Karstens gets the win.
