He really sucks as a manager.

Anyone that defends this guy as being anything other than an awful manager deserves to be kicked in the junk.

Gorzo puts him down. He had to get 4 strikes since the umpire has his head in his @ss.

Wow, Gozo looked like a T-600.

...and that is why it was a good idea to bring up Gorzo.

Vasquez will lead off in the 10th because of the double switch. Followed by Morgan and Sanchez.

Why don't we save the junk kicking for when we are in some sort of a pennant race? I'm not defending him by any stretch, because I disagree with most of his moves, but this is a game against the Nats, in mid-May, and he is using a vastly overworked bullpen, many of whom can't be relied upon in the best of circumstances. No matter who he put in there was likely to give up a run.

Plus, the Nationals have Adam Dunn...how could we ever hope to win???

Its a shame that this team, being as bad as it is, also has to lose games because of mental errors due to their inept manager who seems to have a head filled with straw.

You could just tell Burnett was off tonight in the 8th.

I can't believe Russell threw that wild pitch. He sucks.

Are you saying Gorzelanny was over worked when he was ready in the pen, we had a 5-4 lead and it was obvious to everyone that Burnett should've been lifted?

Good thinking.

Oh, no. What was I thinking? Gorzo has been extremely reliable this past year and a half. EXACTLY who I would turn to in a key situation.

Good thinking.

That HR hit earlier by Dunn was just wiped out by his awful defense and pussy arm.
