It used to be called veteran leadership. I think its now metriced as OFIF (old fart intangible factor).

Got the old fart covered but the gas issue is very tangible.

I'm from Milan (where italian baseball born in 1946).
Thanx for the friendly wellcome.

I'll try to understand yuor discussion as much as I can, because for me It's just the second year as a Pirates fan (and probably this is my biggest fortune  ) and so I don't know each and every "behind the scenes" informations about the team.

And moreover (but this is not a problem) my english that is wonderful when I use it to understand and speak (by all the years that I've spent in front of wrestling and baseball commentary) but so ugly when I try to write down something (to create this post I felt myself as back into primary school :? ).

So be patient. Forgive my mistakes and....LET'S GO BUCS!!!!

Welcome Italian fan. Your english is fine. Though I wonder what kind of adjectives you've picked up from the ECW and WWF!

Thanx again to everyone!!!

Great game yesterday: great Adam LaRoche, good Wilson, good Morgan. I'm waiting for the return of "Nate the Great" (someone could explain me why this year McLouth is so "Ineffective"?)

Let's go bucs or "forza bucanieri"  !!!!
