In DK's blog, he also reports that Gorzo showed some increased velocity. Baby steps . . . baby steps.

NH reported on Sunday (as I was driving back across the state from family engagements) that Gorzo was "Finally" starting to throw aggressively, and not throwing so defensively, as before. And, that which got him sent down.

NH also stated that Gorzo will need to be comfortable working off his fastball rather than his changeup, to get back.

That last comment is pretty interesting and would be consistent with DK's notation about the increased velocity. Hopefully, Gorzo is working his tail off to return to form.
