Disgusting.

For the record, I have hated on Yates since we acquired him. I can't wait until we have enough decent relievers that this turd is no longer on our roster.

Honestly, I would rather see Veal in at this point. At least he has a reason to suck.

Duke gets an A tonight. The rest of this team gets an F-.

This is the team most of us expected except we are getting starting pitching. Wave bye-bye to .our winning record.

And worst of all, we will be 4-9 against the division.

It will really sting if Todd Redmond ever gets to the big leagues and is at all productive.

F- is being generous.

So much for beating teams we should be beating this year. If we can't beat the Reds and Stros, its going to be a long year. But hey, we get to play the Nats at some point!

Now Russell makes a pitching change? The game is over. How bout making that change after Yates gives up a leadoff single and a lefty coming up.

Russell gets an F- for sure. This is the second game he has done this. Don't want to lose faith in him, but you cannot piss games away when you stink this bad.

I've been thinking of making a post about Russell for a while. I HATE his game management. Also, maybe I am making too much out of it, but there are reasons I believe NH and he do not necessarily see eye to eye either (ie Russell states Vazquez will start ahead of Bixler when Jack gets injured, etc). Maybe tomorrow I'll sit down and try and make the argument against Russell. If I care anymore.

This team has close to no offense. NO POP at all!!! Just 2 ok power hitters the rest of the lineup hasnt shown any power.

I know, talk about cruel freaking irony. Last year we were hitting the crap out of the ball but couldn't pitch worth a damn, now we are getting EXTREMELY solid starting pitching, and can't hit for crap.

Missing the clean-up hitter for the last 2 weeks, and Nate missing 6 games, may have played a small role.

Sure it did, but even when totally healthy, this line-up doesn't have enough power by any means.

We hit the crap out of the ball with bay and nady. We could really use a jason bay in this lineup...Laroche hasnt even hit a homerun yet and we havent gotten any power from 3rd.
