Pirates' lineup:

2. Sanchez, 2B
3. McLouth, CF
4. Adam LaRoche, 1B
5. Hinske, RF
6. Andy LaRoche, 3B
7. Jaramillo, C
8. Bixler, SS
9. Duke, P

Reds' lineup:

1. Taveras, CF
2. Hairston, LF
3. Votto, 1B
4. Phillips, 2B
5. Bruce, RF
6. Rosales, 3B

It's weird but it is kind of nice seeing Jaramillo out there! He's been playing lights-out.

It really does seem like a more comfortable lineup tonight.

I haven't given up on Moss as some have but think that since both Jack and Ryan are out, we need Hinski more often now. Moss needs to play more and as those others return, it becomes even more important that he be given the at-bats tp allow him to grow. I do like this look for tonight.

Zach Duke looks good. Doesn't he look leaner and meaner this year? I think he does.

Bucs need to pound these Reds and get back in the win column.

Go Bucs!

Is it me or did Andy LaRoche get a gift of a walk? From the view of Gameday, most of Arroyo's pitches were in the zone.

Did anyone else expect Nyjer to catch that Taveras double? Granted it was a long run, but if he takes a straight line I think he catches it. Instead, it looked like he ran to the gap and then had to change direction and run straight back.

It appears Zach is pitching great however the Tavares and Votto hits were 0-2 and 0-1 fastballs right down the middle.

Actually, it's been like that with both pitchers tonight. Usually, it's pretty accurate.

On the bright side, the starters are still pitching pretty well. As expected, the offense is struggling.

They have had leadoff hitters on three of the past four inning and nothing.

Okay enough with Yates. Russell is screwing this up by letting him pitch. He is a disgrace. I hope the hometown crowd is letting him have it.
