Since you asked, we're 3-4 our last 7 games. Took 2 out of 3 in Philly this season. 1-3 in the PLAYOFFS last season.

How bout your record against the Brewers again? Great point though, really.

I wish the Pirates nothing but the best but some of you need a clue.

Glad you brought that up and answered. Here's the point, especially for selective memoried posters. From Milwaukee's own newspapers...

Bush one-upped that performance by taking a no-hitter into the eighth inning before pinch hitter Matt Stairs spoiled it with a one-out homer off the right-field foul pole. The 6-1 victory allowed the Brewers to win only their second series at Citizens Bank Park since it opened in 2004.

Hmmmm.. I guess you are simply owned by the Phils at their ballpark.

Does that mean your's is not a good team. Well certainly not last year when you had some pitching. No, it speaks to the idea that team matchups exist for better or worse for a number of teams. For chrissakes, I can take you back a couple more years when the Pirates literally won all by 2 games against the Brewcrew. Did that mean they were good? No, they sucked and won 69 games that year, about 1/3 against the Brewers!

What you need to understand, and get a clue about, is to take a sub-.500 team that wins a couple of close games against a depleted ballclub, at a park where they match up well against that team... who BTW STILL owns a better record at the end of the series... and then try to talk trash.

Some of the Brew fans need to get a clue.
