Ohlendorf is doing a great job pitching inside tonight. He is getting alot of check swings for strikes. I like it alot!
That and the baserunning of the Bucs have been the keys to this game so far.

Yeah, the Marlins hitters are guessing a lot, and guessing wrong.

A pitching change this early could really hurt the Marlins in this series because their bullpen has been pitching alot lately and they wanted Miller to get atleast 6 innings in tonight.

I am glad to see Ross "The Rocket Scientist" Ohlendorf pitching well, especially after Duke came back to Earth as a normal pitcher yesterday. Vital start tonight for Ohlendorf.

Think the weather has anything to do with the fact the Marlins can't hit tonight? They've played in warm weather exclusively to this point.

Perhaps. They look pretty pedestrian tonight. Although we shouldn't discount Ross's performance.

I can't believe Monroe scored from first on a single...it looked like he was even pulling up at third base before he finally saw that he was being waved home.

Can we officially say Adam has exorcised his April demons?

They were running with the pitch, but your point is still valid in my opinion.

4-0 Pirates after 5.

Jack appears to be having trouble with his bruised finger. Did anybody else see that?

I guess that is a yes to my last question since we said it at the same time.

I don't think they should be keeping Jack in. Any athlete will say they are fine but you can clearly see it is hurting him just to have his glove on. I hope it just isn't worse than it was before.

Man I said it before, but it bears repeating, Ohlendorf's circle change is deadly tonight.

From four runs in five innings Wednesday against the Astros to this performance tonight against the Marlins is great to see.

Arghhh...ESPN is switching between Houston and Pittsburgh as bonus coverage...

How do others get out of market games? I don't really feel like paying for MLB Extra Innings, but there is a $12/month sports package that DirecTV offers...not sure if it would carry FSN Pittsburgh or whoever carries the Pirates.

Gotta say Mr. Kensing is having a rough go today.

Directv does carry FSN Pittsburg, i get that package but if you are out of area it will be blacked out.
