Good time to rest Moss and put Monroe in the lineup. I think all in all, Russell has made some good moves.

Moss and Monroe are going to platoon. Monroe did not hit lefties for shit last year, and his two home runs today were against righties, but Buccos really cannot have 4 left handed bats (Morgan, McLouth, Adam Laroche and Moss) in the line-up against lefties.

Also, not having Moss struggle against lefties is a good decision. From what he has shown so far, Moss has decent at bats against righties but really struggles against the left-handers.

Question: how's Morgan done the last several games? Are his 15 seconds up? :?: :?: :?: :?: :?: :?: :?:

Sub,

Shhhhhhhhhhhhh. We are only allowed to get upset when Andy Laroche has a couple bad games. Its ok for Nyjer to go 0-fer. He is, after all, Mr. Excitement. You need to read the manual...

I took a screen shot from a previewed post on CIA's board. As douchey as they can be, their board has some very cool innovations. As long as you have the tags [nyjer][/nyjer], you can have him say damn near anything. They have the same function for Gorzo, NH, Coonelly, Nutting, Boras, and Littlefield. Quite entertaining. I implore BB and his site engineer to explore adding this kind of function for our board, perhaps using the faces of a few of our favorite whipping boys.

I second that emotion.

I like the idea also but i know we will all reach new lows with some of the things we would write. I can also think of a few for Neal(Opie)Hunnington.
