Who'd a thunk it. Teke gave a great analysis of LaRoche in April and LaRoche in May. HE has moved a bit away from the plate lately. Also they mentioned that Brad Lincoln had his first start. 5 innings, one run, 0 walks and 3 k. Encouraging.

Good news about Lincoln. Five innings in his first appearance means that he was throwing strikes, since he is obviously on a pitch count limit.

Ok, wait a minute...Lincoln wasn't scheduled to pitch until August as of last week. What the hell happened to accelerate his timetable that quickly?

Not that I am complaining...and its good to see he had good results.

That August date was more of a worst-case scenario. It's been 13 months since his surgery. He is healthy enough to pitch, so they let him pitch.

Glad to have another prospect back in action. Jack is playing again; hopefully Duffy will be playing soon.

I'd take that Duff-Man over the one we currently have. :)

I think he could hit for power. My concern is that he would not pass the new testing policy . . .

I am a fan of the Simpsons. I admit it. And the Duff man corporate shill character is hilarious.

Hmmmm . . . I have been on that diet, or variations thereof, for years and do not look like that. Maybe it's the type of hot dog??

Funny how we completely ignored the topic of the post...that Teke pointed out Laroche has made some adjustments that may or may not be related to his improved numbers.

So what did you think of "Ironman," BBF?
