Look at all the people that work for the Pirates. Is that normal?

No list of scouts. Anyone know where we can find that out?

That is a lot of adminstrative types. The Pirates have to be one of the top 10 employers in Pittsburgh.

When your business profits from losing, and you need to hide that fact from the public,

it's naturally going to take a much larger and expansive employee base, to do so.

By Gods, you are right. The only reason they have such an expansive employee base is due to some cover up- because NO one suspects that they are turning a profit. Thank you for your insight.

I have heard some reports that as of a few years ago, the Bucs were the third most profitable franchise in baseball. Is this true? If so, I wonder where it stands today, and what the source was?

If this is true, at least we're winning in one catagory: Ownership Profits.

If you don't like it, stop giving them your money.

Amazing. I am sure glad you guys don't evaluate me. Even when they do the right thing, their motives are judged to be neferious

I am simply wondering if this is correct? Are the Bucs the third most profitable franchise in baseball? I am not claiming this to be a fact, and I do not know the source. I was simply wondering if anyone can verify where this came from?
