I see Veal has an interesting line. Was he "Wild Thing" wild, or just having trouble spotting?

He was around the plate for the most part. He needs to throw strike 1 and he will be okay, but he seemed to go 1-0 to most hitters.

He was obviously nervous but his slider was pretty good. He was in the low 90's, topping out at 93 mph. When he is not so nervous, and the temperature is over 45 degrees, he will be in the mid-90's.

Albert Pujols has a different strike zone than any other hitter.

Fucking umpire will NOT ring him up. Twice, he takes strike 3, not called, then he gets a hit.

If Pirate hitters got 4 strikes, they would be a lot better hitters. If I were the Pirates manager, I would be on the umpire like white on rice. These guys need to be held accountable.

And Khalil Greene hits a bar of soap into right field for a bloop single.

Son calls those hits a "duck fart." Pretty accurate description of Greene's hit.

Hansen is at 89-90 mph. Not much velocity, for a guy advertised as throwing upper 90's.

Cubs and Astros are playing a good one. Its tied up in the bottom of the 9th and it is on Directv channel 680 and it isn't blacked out.
