So, uh, why is Frazier riding pine tonight?

Hurdle said that he's giving him the night off because he has played 3 games in a row since coming off the DL.

Also, Hellickson has pitched better against lefties this season than righties. Therefore Osuna is in instead of Jaso tonight too.

Frazier hits LH pitching better than RH pitching. Jeez Clint, the guys is in his mid 20's, I think he can handle it...curses, Hurdled again... 8-) 8-) 8-)

Josh Bell is good at hitting baseballs.

Walking the pitcher hurt Trevor Williams earlier in the game. Now a lead off walk has hurt him as well. Gotta make them earn it.

Phillies lead 3-2. I can tell this is gonna be one of those frustrating games that we should win but dumb mistakes cost us the game.

Not a bad start by Williams. Could have been better but he is making strides.

Now the offense needs to pick it up. The Pirates don't have a hit since the 1st inning.

Josh Lindblom pitching in a 1 run game scares me.

That's exactly why. Screw you Hurdle. This guy shouldn't see the field unless it's a 5 run lead.

Zero hits from our offense in the last 20 plate appearances. That's pathetic.

Pirates quickly getting mowed down.

Like I said earlier. This game is gonna piss me off. And it has. This is extremely annoying.

2 batters into the game, the Pirates had two hits..... it's now the 8th inning and Pirates still only have 2 hits.

Just when I thought our offense might have turned it around... this is disgusting. Not even putting up competitive at bats. They are going down without a fight.

and another bad defensive play.

Just one of those games that makes you wonder how on earth you ever enjoy watching the Pirates.

The wheels have fallen off. What a gross display of baseball tonight by the Pirates. Very disappointing.

Now that our defense blew this game open, I bet our offense wakes up and does something now that it's too late.

There it is. First pitch after the game is out of reach is a base hit.

This team is so predictable.

"Walks, Errors, and Awful Offense."

There's the headline for tonight's game.

Unfortunately that's been the theme of the season.
