A must read. I look forward to seeing his effect on the infield. He certainly has his backers.

It looks like another quality coach on JR's staff. Very strong support by other players from his past.

So, quality infield coach, hitting coach, pitching coach. Now, all we need is some talent to develop. And who knows that may be there too. Big if and soon we'll start to see.

Good article. I am hopeful that Hill can improve Andy Laroche's defense, and that Laroche becomes a solid, middle of the order hitter for the Bucs. .275/.360/.475, with 20 HR's and 30 2B's. He is talented enough to do that.

This article highlights the "little stuff" that is done behind the scenes that turn what might be a tough play into a routine play. Or, what turns a sure hit into a great defensive play. The part about placement of the white pegs was really interesting and, frankly, IMO - pure genius.

Now, if only Duke and Gorzo could return to form and induce tons of grounders . . . . ..
