I see about the same results... no, check, HAVE seen the same results.

The Nats are the poor man's version of the Yankees. Anyone who thinks the Yankees have a solid system for building a team probably loves the way the Nats do business as well.

-Considering what happened with Crow last year, I'm pretty sure its a safe bet that they'll give him the highest rookie contract in league history.

-Cristian Guzman is better than Jack Wilson

-The rest, I'm not going to sound like a broken record about Dunn and Teixiera. I guess time will prove me right or wrong.

No, if anything they're the same. Guzman's 2008 has fluke written all over it, much like Wilson's 2004 and 2007. And that does not even consider Guzman's glove, which leaves a lot to be desired.

Dunn could tear the cover off of the ball and it would still make no difference for the Nats. They only have him for 2 years, and in those two years they will still be ill-equipped to contend for the playoffs. Dunn's contract was a waste of resources.

Fangraphs has just started posting their organizational rankings, bottom to top. Bottoming out the list at #30: the Washington Nationals.

http://www.fangraphs.com/blogs/index.php/organizational-rankings-30

They would've scored even worse, but their front office ranking was upgraded from an F to a D- minus just for firing Bowden.

Anyone who thinks Guzman is better than Wilson probably like to beat up old men. Oh wait......

The Nationals might have 4 nice pieces in the middle of the lineup but the pitching is not good and letting rookies throw 180 innings is a Dusty Baker move...

All the offense wont matter if your pitching staff isnt good...
