.....that the other 103 players on the "A Rod list" will be made public within the next month.

I almost think you have to release the names. There will be no goofy asterisks or adjusting of the numbers, so why not let those that failed the test be vetted by the fans over time? It's almost a self correcting measure on baseball's part. And one that needs to be done in my opinion.

But 103 more apologies?

Man that's going to get old. Plus it takes some of the shine off of the WBC.

Let me guess. SI will release the names. Gee, I wonder why they didn't release them with A-Rods? Oh yeah, no SI writer has a book coming out about the other 103.

Very fishy here.

The only fishy thing is why people still think A Rod is being singled out by anyone. The dude is a total scumbag who made himself the biggest target in New York with his scumbag antics and by choking every single time he came up in a significant situation.

Stop looking for conspiracies around every corner. A Rod got singled out because he's a scumbag.

A-Rod is a scumbag, but it's also because he is one of the biggest talents in the game and a lot of people were hoping he would bring a clean home run record to the game.

It's the Roger Clemens/Barry Bonds/A-Rods that people care about. No one cares at all about the Jordan Schaefer doing HGH, or Alex Sanchez being the first penalized steroid offender.

I think it is a better idea to give out all 103 names at one time and not just let them leak out one at a time because there wont be as much attention on a single player like their has been on A-Rod.

Depends on what you consider a hometown, AZ. According to his biography, he was born in Syracuse but graduated from high school in Binghampton.

Or is this an inside joke that I'm missing?

Mrs. Bucfan graduated from Ithaca. Son is now looking at Ithaca as a potential college, but I told him he better pack his freaking cold weather gear.

The Finger Lakes region of NY is one of the beautiful places in America. Around 100 wineries and scenery to beat the band. I used to own some property on Keuka Lake but MRs. AZBF informed me that she would retire there under no curcumstances. Reason? Too cold for her AZ blood. Ithaca is an awesome school. Good luck to him.

Love Keuka Lake. Would love to have some property there, too. That or at Skaneatales Lake as well.

I have friends who live in Branchport and some who live in Skaneateles. Both qualify as garden spots. I hope to make it up there this summer.

Keuka: Friend of mine had a house there. Used to go see him. Nice area.
