I can only hope they hit Farmer more as the game goes on. 3 Ks already for him...

Not really. Worth diving for with two outs and a man on third base. If he catches it, he saves a run.

Wow! From a 4-1 lead to a throwaway game.

Called Cumpton up. He'd have been a better option. I agree with what Greg Brown just said...if Pimentel can't be trusted in a pennant race then get him off the roster. If they lose him so be it...they have a lot of pitching prospects on the horizon. Lots of guys with good stuff don't ever make it, and he may be one of them.

This is where Huntington's failure to shore up the bullpen is killing this team. You can't win a bunch of close games with only three reliable arms in the 'pen.

Bryan Morris sucked and they got rid of him. Then he didn't suck.
Jason Grilli sucked and they got rid of him. Then he didn't suck.
Stolmy Pimental sucks and they still have him. Why? Are they afraid he will become Morris or Grilli? The potential thing doesn't count right now. They need to make some moves because the division is there for the taking.

And you have jayson nix playing 2nd base. If I'm in a pennant race, I don't want jayson nix as my only option.

I'm pretty sure that Neil Walker is your primary option there. No team has great back-up options at every position. I'm not going to kill Huntington for not having a better bench right now.

It's the bullpen that worries me.
