The Pirates MUST begin beating up on the Cards, Reds, and Brewers if they want to make any serious run at the NL Central title or a Wild Card spot.

The Pirates MUST begin winning series against the Cards, Reds, and Brewers if they want to make it to the playoffs.

It all starts tonight in St. Louis.

GO BUCS!!!!

If Charlie throws a no hitter tonight, I will have my luthier build him a custom guitar anyway he would want it.

They've actually done well against the Cards so far in a limited sample size. It's the 3-10 against the Brewers and the 2-7 (????) against the Reds that are really hurting the record.

I was getting texts all night last night saying about how close he was except for that Adams double.

In fairness, this is easily the toughest lineup he's had to face all year.

Worley wasn't terrible. He had two outs in the second with nobody on. Just made a couple bad pitches.

Does anyone know what happened to Jeanmar? The box score on yahoo shows he entered the game but didn't throw a pitch?

What box score are you looking at? MLB.com doesn't have him in. Only Hughes was in so far.
