I was referring to polanco, but yes cutch is MVP.

Sorry, my comment wasn't in response to yours.

Bad context on my end.

'Twas a great inning though. Pen needs to come up big now.

What is up with him, anyway? His head is so not in the game lately. Took another bad angle on a fly ball- that's two this week. Both cost runs. I think he should have come close to catching Rizzo's double tonight.

I know a lot of you defend Marte, but this guy is dawging it . His mistakes are hurting this team right now. Hes not mentally into the game. He needs to get whatever his issues are straightened out and fast.

I know a lot of you will say hes young etc. This is his third big league season and were into june now. He wont be in the big leagues long if this keeps up.

And why does Hurdle have this schlub Sadler in there?

As good a time as any for your first homer, Polanco...

If Russ Martin can keep his BA above .250 that could be big for this team.

Game was pretty much lost after the 7th, and I get the logistical problems, but why not PH Pedro for Barmes with two-on/one out last half inning then make 'emergency' defensive adjustments?

At least the telethon didn't keep away from the game tonight. In years past I've felt it was a huge distraction during the telecast.
