That was one hell of a game.I think that was one of the best Superbowls ever played and not just because the Steelers won!

I agree. The result was great but the game was even greater. A little too close for me, but the Steelers really showed some balls on that last drive. Great job by Ben and Santonio.

The new song at the end was pretty weak.

I havent heard the album yet, but a friend of mine who is a big Springsteen fan said its kinda blah...

That isnt stopping me from seeing him in State College this spring...

Forget Springsteen. I saw him live when he still had his beard, and itll never be like that ever again. Its now like the Seniors Tour.

Anyway, if youre bored, and you think yesterdays victory couldnt get any better, check out some NFL Message Boards. Ive been on the PSD Boards. Reading the posts from Cards fans, about how the game was stolen by bad officiating, some even suggesting it was a fix (!!!), its hilarious. And seeing these losers whine and whine and whine is simply the icing on our cake.

As Sergeant Ernie Bilko said many times, "a loser's groans is music to a winner's ears".

THAT was AWESOME :D :D

Sorry, but Springsteen does not come into my mind anymore... after this 2nd half and Harrison Int Return..
Man did i reviewed that play again and again at half time.. Even forgot to use the Bathroom..

That game was filled with great plays from start to finish.. Last year was nice due to the upset and last drive of Eli & his Giants, but this SUPERZBOWL.. That Return, Those Passes, Those Penalties.. OMFG ROUGHING THE HOLDER!!, That Crazy Final Steelers Drive, That Brutal Catch... WHatElse...

GO STEELERS..

and thanx Arizona, i was impressed..

The best Steeler message board ever: Steeler Nation.

http://www.steelernation.com/forums/index.php

I have been a member of Steeler Nation and its predecessors since 1998. Great site, very good posters, some great stuff by guys who attend the game, attend the NFL combine, etc.

If you read the posts long enough, you will probably figure out who I am on that site. Smart, sexy, informative, engaging ... well, okay, a smart-ass who likes to post pictures.

I stayed up till 4am to watch the game and was very glad I did.
Two peripheral comments:

Why did Harrison not get the MVP award?

It's not my Anthem but, if it were, I would be outraged by the mangled rendition of it.

I'm guessing because of his penalty in the 2nd half where he punched the guy in the head after he was holding him down on he ground with one arm....He's lucky he was not ejected from the game

Yeah that was pretty crazy. They caught the whole thing on TV also.I don't see why he wasn't thrown out of the game.I do believe you are talking about the same time i am on the punt return. That and how he passed out after running make me think steroids. He also beat the hell out of his wife in the off-season and to go from a bench rider to starter makes me wonder about steroids.Harrison is always angry.Does anybody remember when he slammed that drunkin Browns fan to the ground and choked him out?
