In the history of this Board, has there ever been a 24 hour period where no one posted content?

Before this post, Bucfan's 2/10/14 post at 10:30(ish) was the last activity.

I don't recall there ever being a full day without any posts . . .

I noticed the same. Odd that it happened with spring training so close, but maybe we're all Burnetted out...

This has been one of the least active offseasons for the Pirates that I can remember.

I noticed that as well.

Very quiet ... 94 win seasons kill interest?

Blah time of the year. NFL is over. Spring Training hasn't started and the weather sucks.

I think that's a factor. When things are going bad everyone wants to talk about it.

Yeah, I'm Burnetted and Lambo'd out for now. Am getting most of my Bucs kicks by following Tony Sanchez on Twitter. He's got to be one of the best out there.

Once the news teams here in Philly started reporting yesterday that AJ would be likely to sign here today, I deliberately stayed away from the board until the Sale The Nuttings! crowd was done.

The news took longer than expected to get out I guess, since they are just now getting started.

The board was way busier this off-season than any other I can remember, due to the successful season (and of course, that meant that obviously regular posting didn't also just stop back in July/August when the Pirates were buried below .500, but extended until October). And then, obviously, the polarizing Burnett stuff stirred a bunch of a traffic/discussion. It was slow the past few days, but overall I'm pretty sure it was the most active off-season.

The traffic on the board was lower in the 2013 offseason than 2012. Probably about 5% less.

I stand corrected.

Then again, this does always ring true, especially for a certain contingent who only posts at such times ...
