Bay's a tremendous hitter. He has 14 RBI's so far and only 7 have been himself on his home runs. More guys like him and we wouldn't score any runs.

One of Bay's problems is that he doesn't get to bat behind Jason Bay. For most of the season he's batted behind a guy who often drives himself in and one or two guys who can't get on base. You can't drive in runs batting behind Rivas and a slumping Sanchez, as Bay did for much of April. While it's true that his production with men in scoring position is down so far this season, he's only had 36 plate appearance with men in scoring position. Nady has 54, largely because he has Bay in front of him. Less guys like Bay and you can pretty much cut Nady's RBI in half.
