The Bucco players really, really like Clint.

They put him in the middle of the room and doused him with champagne.

How great is that. The team really likes and respects the leader.

He's erradicated the losing mentality that was poisoning the club house.

And in exchange, he's brought in guys with a point to prove, and guys who are hungry to win, and created a positive, winning mentality.

He really did. Even as a very casual fan, I could tell that three years ago he was the guy to change the culture. It's the biggest reason I have never said a single thing bad about him on this board. Or anywhere else, for that matter since I know no baseball fans in real life.
