Also, no sh*t you aren't hitting homers Dusty. You're going from GABP to PNC. That's going to kill the homer pace every time.

Kind of a "duh" moment but between living here in Cincy and the series last week, it occurred to me how many hypothetical HRs Alvarez might be able to hit if he played his home games at GABP. I'm not sure exactly how unrealistic it would be to suggest he might go on a Chris Davis-type run.

What's this talk of a lack of HRs???

Have yourself a day, Russ.

Would be nice if he's the random guy who gets hot in October. Coupled with the defense at catcher it'd be invaluable.

Barmes hasn't looked totally helpless up there either. Mercer should still play against lefties though.

Aside from the CRUSHING Martin home run...

Did you guys catch the interview with the 95 year old usher?? Classic! Craig Seager asked if he'd be here next year, he said if his legs are good and his mind doesn't take him to the football stadium instead. Great stuff!

This crowd is the best.

The only way it gets better is if Animal reports that he started some of these chants! :D

He didn't miss any part of that ball.

Bucfan would call that a "piss missle"

I remember that game. Pretty amazing. One of them was to RF, I think, which was not something Robertson did much.
