How about handing a 2 or 3 run lead to Grilli in the 9th tomorrow since Melancon won't likely be available.

Solid win. Morneau with a good at-bat, going the other way. It is such an advantage having a player like McCutchen as a middle-of-the-order bat, since he is one of the fastest players in baseball.

How many guys have to get held at 3rd on Morneau's single because they don't have the speed to score? Quite a few ... we are spoiled. Single to the OF and Cutch on 2nd? Mark it down - no play at home.
