Put me down for hoping that the Cardinals take 2 of 3.

I was thinking the exact same thing No. 9. The way I figure it, I'll be pulling for the Reds only tonight since the Bucs and Cards are tied for first place. Then, beginning tomorrow night, the Reds and Cards can beat up on each other AS LONG AS the Pirates take care of business and they start winning ball games...like a big chunk of them. And that means beating the Brewers tomorrow at PNC! Go Bucs!

Cards won #1 tonight. Part of me is hoping they sweep the Reds and push them back three games, while we take care of the Brewers. I would like to see the Reds six or seven back come September so we can keep our sights on the Cards and not think about our rearview mirror.

The Cardinals at Busch Stadium for the Reds is like the Pirates in Miller Park. Must be a beer thing. Wouldn't be surprised at a sweep.

Cards are 8 - 2 in their last 10 games. I dont want them to sweep the reds because I dont want them on that kind of roll.
