Other than the home/away split, it would seem to favor the Buccos as far as difficulty.

Obviously don't expect either of those teams to look as bad as the Bucs did out there, but it's nice that both of them are playing IN Colorado. Hopefully they have some difficulty in that alternate planet that the Rockies play on.

It will all come down to the head to head with Reds and Cards. If the Pirates can break even there, they will be in good shape.

Break even with both teams and Bucs will gain an extra half-game against both teams due to overall season head-to-head. That may play out to be huge.

I was thinking the same thing. It would be nice to look up those scores and see the Rockies hanging double digits on the Reds and Cardinals...

Honestly, no excuse not going 6-2 in the 8 games against the Brewers and Cubs at home., then take 2 of 3 from the cubs in chicago. go 3-3 agains the reds and that gives us 95 wins, that should win the division.

True.

I'm also interested in seeing how the Cards like Coors Field.

I think that's right. We need to win 11 games to win the division. We'll have to play well for that to happen. And yes if all goes as it should(never happens) it will be determined by the reds match ups. The Cards look to get to 95 so we do as well, since we won the season series with them we get the edge.
