I know he hits into double plays but.... I think he's as good as they come. He can go to right anytime and has some real power when needed. The walk off today simply makes me a believer even more.

Yeah, I stuck it in the game thread- that was an unbelievable lay off on the 2-2 slider from Morris, which was an absolute perfecta, as Blass says. He is a hitter a level above anyone we have, including Cutch at this point in his career.

Ha. Well, people go bald befofre 30, but...did you see any of the shots of Holliday next to Sanchez/Jones when he got to first base? His head is enormous. He looked like one of those NFL Superfans from the DirecTV commercials next to our guys.
