Hurdle leaves Morton in too long.

No days off before this next series....save the bullpen. Already won the series.

Welp, you had to almost expect this after winning the first 4.

Good news is, the Rockies are coming in while the Reds and Cards duke it out. I guess we're rooting for the Reds in that series?

This game is messing up the Pirates Expected Wins/Expected Losses numbers.

No you can't win them all, but would be nice if they would have at least showed up at least.

I blame this debacle on Bob Walk.

At the beginning of tonight's Root broadcast, Walk said the Cardinals could turn on the hitting switch at any moment, nice go Walk!!

We'll see a lot more of these guys.9 more times. I bet the division won't be won by anymore than 2 games.

Bucs must keep the pedal to the metal. Still a lot of baseball left.

Still not giving the bucs any respect. Yes we sucked tonight. But they took 4 out 5 vs the mighty cards.

He's worse against righties than Barmes.

The Cards came to swing last night and I'm not sure any pitcher would have fared too well. They were swinging at the first pitch a lot.

Sometimes it's good to take a beating like that. Keeps you grounded.

J_C_Steel's take on last night's game:

The Cardinals are good at baseball, too.

Somebody tell the Cardinal fans that no matter how many runs they scored, it still only counts as 1 game. Go Bucs.
