- Indianapolis lost after only pushing 1 run across despite 9 hits (none of which went for extra bases). Somewhat hilariously, the recently acquired PTBNL Brian Bocock stayed red hot at the plate going 2-4 and has two HRs through five games with Indy. Russ Canzler (playing 3B) hit a RBI single in his Indy debut. Ivan DeJesus went 2-4 while serving as DH and has a 1.059 OPS over his last ten games.

- Altoona had a great day at the plate by scoring 9 runs on 15 hits, this also with Gregory Polanco off playing in the Futures Game. The 1-5 hitters in the Curve line-up all had multiple hit games, highlighted by a 4-hit game by Alex Dickerson, including a double and his 11th HR. Those were actually the only two Curve XBHs, the other 13 were all singles. They did, however, steal 3 bases, including one from Dickerson. Mel Rojas was caught stealing. David Bromberg had a decent start, going 7 innings and giving up 6 hits for 3 ER and striking out 5.

- Bradenton unsurprisingly lost, although this time they managed to do so by only scoring 3 runs on 12 hits. Alen Hanson went 2-5 with a double. Stetson Allie doubled for his only hit. Dan Gamache went 3-4 with his 24th double on the year. The Marauders had a rough day on the basepaths which might have something to say about the lack of runs despite double-digit hits: Hanson was picked off at second base, and both Gamache and Benji Gonzalez were caught stealing. SP Joely Rodriguez continued a strong season through five starts in high-A by allowing 3 ER over 6 IP.

- West Virgina was rained out in the third inning. Prior to that, Barrett Barnes doubled, Josh Bell drew a walk and Walker Gourley homered for the Power. Ryan Hafner had given up 5 hits through 2 IP for WV.

- Jamestown won 1-0 after Danny Collins tripled in the 9th inning and scored on a double by Michael Fransoso. The opponent Lowell threatened in the bottom of the 9th when they got a lead-off single and bunted him over, and then the player stole third base with one out. Jammers pitcher Shane Carle however struck out the next two batters swinging to end the threat/game. SP Dovydas Neverauskas gave up 3 hits through 5 IP and K'd 4.
