Stopped over to check out the Minor Leagues players today and SURPRISE - the World Baseball Classic "Espanol" team was there too.
Spain plays at McKechnie tomorrow (Tues 3/5) and I will be attending.

Here's some of the picture I took today - the rest are on the FaceBook page as usual

This was funny because they were being coached like they were a little league team. They were practicing the ball being hit and making a play at 1st base. But the coach was like "now, why do we throw it to first?" - Seriously? WOW!

Some of the minor leage players taking a water break. It was 56 outside BTW

A whole heard of Pirate prospects (30-40 of them) stampeding in from the field.

All of their pitchers in a line, waiting to get on the mound and throw 1 pitch then field it as it gets hit back to them.

Check out this photographer - I assume he is a Espana team photographer. Close up of the baseballs.

Now he is on his back taking pictures of the player/coach - not creepy at all.

Pitchers again, each throwing a pitch, this time field it and throwing to 2nd base.

Instead of having prospects get training by Navy SEALS, how about some training from Spanish photographers???

Just check out that heart and dedication to craft!
