I always wonder where people find the spring training/batting practice jerseys ... I'd like to have one of the yellow ones myself. Seems like you always see an abundance of people wearing them at games and so fourth like there's some hidden place to get them for cheap that I don't know about.

Well, through my online research you can actually find cheaper current, authentic black/white jerseys than the yellow ST & batting practice jerseys. Guess I'll be waiting out eBay.

I'm primarily a soccer fan, and having seen the sh*t foisted on fans by European teams changing their uniforms every season, I stopped long ago buying jerseys/shirts etc. I don't wear baseball caps as a rule, but the one I still have is a 1979 hat like the one in #9's avatar.

At 46, I'm too old to wear the jersey of someone half my age. However, I have an 18 year old son and over the years I've bought him a Jason Kendall jersey, a Jason Bay jersey, and a McCutchen jersey... all at his request. He's in college now and asking for a Cutch all-star jersey and a Walker jersey for Christmas. But at $80+ each, it's about time he bought his own! I'm not Scrooge, but I'm paying for college so he ain't getting a new one this year.

I get awesome ones from China for $20 a pop. If you aren't against it on principle, it's worth looking into. The quality is great.

^ I'll take the link too ... a friend of mine years ago had a lot of success ordering from one of those foreign bootleg sites, but I was always too skeptical because of how many of those sites are out there, and I could never find a consensus on which were the best/safest.
