I was ready to reluctantly give NH and CH a pass in spite of the debacle the season has become. However, after letting it all soak in during day-after-losing-day, they need to go too.

Hurdle may not have been given all of the tools he needed, but in addition to some of his inexplicable in-game decisions, at some point he needed to get rid of the "feel-good" stuff and kick ass. I don't get the feeling that has ever happened. Sometimes cold, hard negative reality is effective. This is especially true when that is normally not the methodology employed by the person doling out the ass-kicking.

As for Huntington, the comments in the DK article seem to point to some serious problems within the rest of the organization.

Replacing both of them would not mean the so-called "plan" needs to change. It is a good blueprint. It just needs to be carried out more effectively.

I guess the question is, do the organ-I-zational issues that DK talks about fall on NH, FC...or both?
