Saw a blurb on SI speculating if the Rox may be willing to trade Tulo. Can you imagine him at SS, with pretty much the same line-up that has stank out loud for 6 weeks? What a difference.....

$140 million due (plus either 4M buyout or 15M in his age 36 year) for a guy that has only completed 2 full seasons out of 6...yikes! Great player when healthy though!! Just too much money committed for an injury prone player that will only get more fragile the older he gets.

I agree with you when you consider what they'd probably want for him.

5 years ago, Kevin Youkilis and Chase Utley were 28 and wildly productive.

Also have to factor in the Coors field factor. Anybody know what a typical home-road split looks like for a non-Rockie?

It doesn't matter, his contract makes it impossible. They won't be looking to eat money in a deal.

Yeah, I saw that but didn't know what average is. I'd just imagine that there's some home field advantage in all sports.
