Yes.

Also, FYI, Tabata was originally scheduled to play left and bat #2, but he was a late scratch. His foot was bothering him from when he fouled a ball off it last night.

With Barmes batting second they must expect Holt to get on and the have Barmes bunt, because I know they wouldn't be expecting to get a hit

I'd just like to burn his message!

That lineup looks like the Bucs are trying to play down to the 'Stros. :?

Oh well. It's not your fault. Especially with that hilarious topic title/description! :D

Indisputable sign that Alex Presley deserves to be sent down to AAA: He was replaced at the 2-spot by Clint Barmes.

Maybe having barmes squeezed in between Holt and mccutchen will allow him to see better pitches. Seriously barmes needs to be more selective. He swings at everything. And that's if Holt can continue to hit. Highly doubt we'll get anything from 7 and 8. Speaking of Presley, what the hell happened to him?

When Presley showed up last year he reminded me of how holt is batting now. plus he was excellent on the base pads. ???

Hey - maybe Clint Barmes is the top-of-the-order offensive catalyst we've been looking for all season long! ;)

Correia just 33 pitches through 3 innings. Not to take anything away from how effective he's been so far, but the Astros are playing to get to the airport as soon as possible tonight.

They can keep mailing it in when we play them in Houston too! Hopefully the Cubs don't care anymore either!!!

Wow! In all my years of watching baseball, I don't think I remember ever seeing a 3-2-3 double play before. Corporan may be even slower afoot than Barajas.

Looks to me like Cutch is really hurting. Lots of grimaces, and he walks rather gingerly. I give him credit for being out there and producing.

For those watching on TV, Barajas was about 20 feet from home by the time Presley coasted into third. And a perfect throw would have nailed him at the plate. That was entertaining to watch. :)
